A blast from the past

I was looking through my old IPB forum (which is still online while I sort out the wrestling) and I was reminded of my update in late 2006 on Best. There was a response thread on the forum – and I’ll reproduce it here.

Time I just read your update, and what a [beep!]ing [honk!]!!!

Anti diversity? You [beep!]ing bet that makes him a racist! What’s the URL? I’ll go over and have a [beep!]ing crack at him!
Syncompac on December 16, 2006

it certainly makes you wonder about people sometimes- how are children supposed to be given the right information when parents make statements like that
Kaiko on December 16, 2006

And the worst part about it, Kaiko, is that he is using UNVERIFIED medical methods – which is potentially harmful to the children! But of course he can’t see that because he’s so stubborn!

I have sent three emails in the last 48 hours. One to the Bar association in New Hampshire, one to the state police (for which I got a reply that indicated it was being referred to “Troop B”) and one to the local county police. I’m also waiting on a reply to my email to the CDC (can’t remember what that stands for off the top of my head) with an email address for the Food and Drug Administration. The FDA are the ones to report false advertising of medical treatments to according to the CDC, but the FDA doesn’t have an email address on their website.
Timelord on December 17, 2006

Flaming hell, Phil – what is wrong with these people?
Scratcher on December 18, 2006

Lazy, Craig. Pure and simple. That’s what becoming of the whole world – pure and simple. No one wants to do it tough anymore.
Timelord on December 18, 2006

First chance I’ve had to come back in here since I got back from the seminar in Melbourne (great to meet you last Tuesday, Phil!)

What happened at the County Court registry? Are you able to update me in here?
Eagle Eye on December 19, 2006

The CDC is the Center of Disease Control, Phil.

What is the URL? Sounds like this dude needs a trip to the damn woodshed!!
Tex on December 19, 2006

Ah that’s right! I’m not surprised you knew, Tex!

I’m hesitant to put it here because I don’t want Sync roaring in there with a full head of steam. It won’t help.
Timelord on December 19, 2006

“What happened at the County Court registry? Are you able to update me in here?”

I assume you missed this replying to Tex, Phil.
Eagle Eye on December 21, 2006

Oh sorry, Andy – I did!

The County Court said they didn’t have jurisdiction over the matter, and also stated that without a snail mail address they weren’t going to act. They suggested the Supreme Court Registry – and when I went there I was diverted to PILCH (Public Interest Law Clearing House) and they’ve said they can’t help. The person who I was told to speak to was supposed to ring me and she never did. I’m going to follow that up in the new year – but meanwhile I have sent a comment to the FDA after being directed to the page by the New Hampshire Bar Association. I haven’t heard from the cops yet – I’ll wait until the New Year before resending those emails.

Meanwhile, a certain wrestling enemy (not Ayling – one of the Wanker’s Paradise crew) has gone on the blog. I’m about to fire off a note about him to the other people on the blog.
Timelord on December 21, 2006

And just for everyone to note – the above message was reprinted on the blog which is how I know Jackson was in here where he shouldn’t have been. And a double check in the admin control panel confirmed that he was hacking in because he claimed he was a member! Well the new password will take care of him!

Very frustrated after yesterday as I didn’t hear back from the E-Crime branch of SA police, and state borders restricted the Vic police from doing anything (but they did understand my angst at least). Worse still I didn’t hear back from the court local to Google’s HQ either – even after I resent it about seven hours ago. I can’t send it again until Thursday because of the Christmas break – unless I get a reply during the night leading into Thursday.
Timelord on December 23, 2006

Just watch it, Phil. The US Court system is very demanding on attendance and won’t do anything that restricts the first amendment unless your case is cast iron.
Tex on January 2, 2007

Well it got worse, Tex. The bastard added a signature to my AS petition – and he is really for it now!! I emailed the hosts to see if they can delete it.

Anyway – Google have said they’ll respond to a court order, so I don’t think the first amendment will come into it if I can establish a violation of their terms of service. If the court will back that up, they have to comply with the order and I think they know it as well.
Timelord on January 2, 2007

They must have the ability to accept actions from overseas, Tex. I agree with what you said, but I happen to think Phil has a case. The key is Blogger’s TOS. This is what Phil and I talked about when we met last month. Phil just has to prove that the TOS is being violated and he’s got no problem.
Eagle Eye on January 3, 2007

An update on action taken – I have emailed Best’s local town office. In particular their welfare officer. I’m reporting him for possible child abuse.
Timelord on January 3, 2007

“Meanwhile, a certain wrestling enemy (not Ayling – one of the Wanker’s Paradise crew) has gone on the blog. I’m about to fire off a note about him to the other people on the blog.”

Could you not report him to his ISP for hacking ?
Not that I know what would happen but any small legal roadblock may help you in the long run .
MickyJ on January 3, 2007

I’m hanging onto it, Michael – because I’m thinking about taking direct action against him. Don’t forget – he threatened me back in November 2005. Anyway – when I go to Adelaide in a couple of weeks I’m half expecting him to be there in court. Unless he was lying about helping Ayling out (which is possible).

Anyway – I don’t think his ISP will co-operate without orders.
Timelord on January 4, 2007

Philip, parents like this in United States just won’t listen. I did an essay on this phenomena last year and it was very nasty. They just can not handle Autism and they get so desperate they’ll do anything to bring their child back as they see it.

It’s impossible to find real proof as to what works and what doesn’t and so on and so on. Not knowing is the real problem, and that doesn’t help.
Twinkles on January 8, 2007

Not knowing comes from not understanding, Allison – and not wanting to because they have standards when it comes to what’s “normal”! When the sensible people know there’s no such thing as normal!!
Timelord on January 9, 2007

Any further news, Phil?
Eagle Eye on January 17, 2007

Not really, Andy. I’m getting nowhere with advice because it’s O/S. Google is being non co-operative, and I even tried an olive branch of sorts to Best, and that was thrown back in my face as “loony”. And he hid it on another thread! TWO FACE!

I’m waiting for the person at the Supreme Court Registry to ring me back on Monday. If she doesn’t I’ll be visiting again on Tuesday.
Timelord on January 17, 2007

It just goes to show how slanted the legal system is towards those with money, Phil. Keep plugging away though!
Eagle Eye on January 18, 2007

In my experience, Eagle, attendance is a major player. If you ain’t there you’re behind from the start.

But you’re right about the moolah having a say.

Phil, see if you can get in contact with a Bar Association in the relevant state. You might luck out with someone.
Tex on January 18, 2007

Already tried one in California, Tex. But it was only the once. I’m going to try again when I get home from Adelaide.
Timelord on January 19, 2007

I want the [beep!]ing URL, Time! This [honk!] needs his eyeballs [beep!]ing blasted!
Syncompac on January 20, 2007

Sync, the last thing we need in there is a swearing rant. It’s already bad enough even without the swearing. Can you please calm down? I know you want to help, but it’s not the right way. OK?
Timelord on January 20, 2007

I agree with Philip, Syncompac. In fact I think I know what will happen. They will deliberately upset you to try and make you make a fool of yourself and that will only upset you even more. They will not listen to reason as I previously said to Philip.
Twinkles on January 25, 2007

Who said anything about [beep!]ing reason, Twinkles? This [honk!]’s a racist! He needs to be [beep!]ing told!
Syncompac on January 27, 2007

He has been, Sync – by me and by a couple of other people as well. And we all got either laughed at or ignored.

Not only that, he is now not allowing posts that don’t agree with him or provide a proper ID. That is – he won’t allow an ID called “Syncompac” through.

So it will do no good, mate. Trust me on this, OK?
Timelord on January 27, 2007

I wonder if it would be worth starting over with the Bar Association in California and other legal avenues? Meh! I’ve got enough on my plate at the moment, but I suppose I could try something in the not too distant future if the need arises.
