As of this moment, any attempt by Best to try and bait me on the Network will be responded to here and not on the Network. My intention now is to help and educate others (except for Katie Hagan until she learns how to be polite towards me instead of rude – as well as others). I have linked this forum to the Network via my user page there and whenever an issue arises I’ll direct readers to there and they can read here.

To kick things off – after I wasn’t on the Network from Friday night until Sunday night due to the footy – Droopy was kicked out. She deserved it, and as Autism Speaks themselves advised she simply would not adhere to the TOS despite a direct warning. Best started a protest thread and it was with this message that they locked it. I was going to put an allegation response post there, but I didn’t address everything on it (and I decided not to upload it anyway). I’ll do that here;

It’s a sad state of affairs when an autistic woman who spent 20 years in an institution is thrown out of an autism forum because she is attacked by propaganda spewing liars who want to deny her existence.

Deny her what? Of course she exists, you moron! She did all the attacking and in the finish No to JB got it right saying she was chasing me. That’s why I made multiple reports (which ended up getting me into trouble as I observed in my allegation response post.

I wonder, if given a choice, how many people here would have voted to throw Timelord and his sockpuppets out instead so that rational discourse could take place without them.

If we want to talk about “rational discourse” Best should be out on his ear. He’s the one preventing it – not me, or any so-called sock puppets.

If Droopy can’t come back here, we will bring her words because what she has to say is very important.

No it’s not, because it’s all fantasy. Droopy’s words are those of an Autistic woman who still needs help to cope with the real world, and stop being so incredibly paranoid. If it wasn’t for the fact that the place is not appropriate at this point – I’d be sending her back to the institution for her own good.

She survived the worst nightmare we all have for our kids, being institutionalized, and lived to talk about it. I don’t believe there is another autistic person who has been able to do that.

She is someone you should treat with respect and listen to. She is not someone you should argue with.

The only reason Best says this about Droopy is because she represents all that is bad about Autism – and that’s what Best wants. To promote Autism as a bad thing. That is not someone you should respect or listen to. It is someone who should be challenged, which is what I have done.

Talking about someone like that when they can’t defend themselves is crass and cowardly.

Oh what a hypocrite! When I try to defend myself on his blog, Best mods it out! By his own definition, that is crass and cowardly! So he has no right to bleat about my forum here and copyright issues because he brought this on himself!

Defending herself against vicious trolls does not make Droopy a bully.

It does when the response is completely over the top and thoroughly abusive.

There was no injustice to Droopy. She got what she deserved.

The ND’s really look silly siding with Timelord here. But, they aren’t actually siding with him, are they? No, they just showed up for more Droopy bashing. Why are they so afraid of her?

They were siding with me in the sense that the correct decision was made to ban Droopy and not me. I’ll tell you what is feared – Droopy solidifying all the wrong stereotypes and halting the correct treatment and support processes for those on the Spectrum. Allowing the promotion of a fantasy world as real 100 percent (that’s scary within itself). The list goes on. Of course Best tries to use his hatred and fear of me to add to his own resolve.

Droopy’s not causing any trouble but the people who are afraid of her are certainly fighting hard to derail the thread.

This was in response to Eddie observing that even in her absence, Droopy was still causing trouble. And he was right although the real troublemaker here was Best. The thread wasn’t derailed. Several people were having a go at Droopy and I thanked them for that in the allegation response thread.

But, every time the subject of vaccines or curing autism comes up, some neuroinsane person also shows up to bash treatments that help children. If they don’t know the right argument to use to bash the treatments, they just use character assassination against the people who try to help children.

We know the right arguments, idiot! You’re the one who engages in character assassination. The treatments Best promotes do not help all children – only those with heavy metal poisoning.

The mod’s here should identify all of them and send them back to Wrong Planet where they can’t bother any parents. then there would be no stupid arguments.

Some more bogus autistics showed up and cried to the moderator and the whole thread exposing her was deleted. Crying seems to work very well for dishonest ND’s.

This was about Age and something that happened on the Autistic Living forum. We don’t cry – we tell the truth about matters, with proof. Truth hurts people like Best.

How is reporting that someone exposed her as a fraud “bashing” her? Where I come from, that is merely a statement of fact.

A Second Son? (December 22, 2008)

Conveniently on the Autism Speaks Social Network, Best has revealed a second son with mild Aspergers.

I don’t believe it.

If this was true, Best would have revealed this a long time ago in order to prove that I’m a liar about Aspergers. But he didn’t.

I didn’t start any other threads on the other boards. Cube Demon started two – one on Best’s wife (divorced as I advised) and one on Jonsmum. Scratcher started the other on his own experience with Best. The majority of the forum consisted of the Hating Autism reprints and the other material which I have already added.

As noted on Phil’s World in the personal updates area, I played an April Fool’s Day joke aimed at Best. I uploaded a personal update on the morning of April 1 announcing that I’d got a court order to shut down his blog and I’d just registered it in the United States. I then made the announcement on the Autism Speaks Social Network linking to the update but adding for the benefit of Best (who has been IPed denied from Phil’s World) the following;

And for the benefit of Best who won’t be able to see it because I’ve IP denied him from my website, Google is about to get a court order telling them to take your site down as a hate blog. Fax to be sent now – original on it’s way from their local court in California. You shouldn’t have touched my forum on you, Best!

Best proved he fell for it when he uttered this in response;

Have you been drinking? What court is it that issues orders denying Americans their 1st amendment rights? What forum are you talking about?

I laughed when I read that. He fell for it! Anyway, should I really get the order – it would be an Australian court making the order. So the first amendment wouldn’t apply. As for the lie about not knowing what forum I was talking about….I addressed both points in reply.

Google has been ordered to uphold their terms of service. I have proved that your blog is a hate blog, which is against their TOS.

And you know what forum I’m talking about. The one where you claimed I’d breached your so called copyright.

Best responded by trying to deny he knew about the forum;

You can’t prove anything on your own wacky say so. Why don’t you send me the link to your forum so I know what you’re talking about? How would I see it if you blocked my address?

Eddie – who was a member of the forum – got in first pointing out that he wasn’t blocked from the forum. I’d made it clear in the rules of the forum to that effect and he knew it. Besides, I can prove easily that Hating Autism is a hate site. I can also prove Best knew about the forum because I can get the message Pro Boards received passed on for evidence. My last post before I went to sleep on the evening of April 1 was this;

Best, you’re a liar. Like Eddie said, you were never blocked from the forum. You knew about it. You even threatened me over it on my comments area. I can prove that your blog is a hate blog, and Google (under their terms of service) do not host such blogs. It’s a shame that they have to get a court order to make them uphold their TOS in that manner, but that’s a moot point now! HAH!

The following morning, I changed the update on Phil’s World to it’s present state. I then went onto the Social Network and made the appropriate changes. I then locked off the thread, which as the thread creator I was able to do. I’d achieved my purpose.

But once I find a way to get it done in the Supreme Court here, I will be going ahead legit. I just need to learn how to do it. There are no guides unlike with the County Court. That will take time that at present I don’t have.

I’d like to thank Autism Speaks Social Network member Eddie for alerting me to another member using one of my website pictures. It forced me to log in to the Network in order to send a warning – and I would have otherwise missed the legal threat on the basis of copyright by Best in my comments area.

I should have kept a copy of the threat, but I was given until March 10 to delete the “Hating Autism” part of my Foresam forum. I knew that Pro Boards may well arbitrarily act, so I took the board offline and into maintenance mode so I could start changing the layout.

I put the forum back online in order to keep it up to date – but with the copied material here on my website instead of on the forum so that Pro Boards couldn’t act from a DMCA notice. However I’d only completed half of the changes on the forum – and Pro Boards deleted the forum.

However, after alerting them to the incomplete changes, the forum was restored and I put it back into maintenance to complete the changes. But the point is that Best can not make a copyright protection claim at any rate. Google’s terms of service place responsibility for copyright onto the user. So Google doesn’t get involved in issues of this nature. Best tried to add a brief copyright disclaimer on his blog – but he did two things wrong.

First – he applied it retrospectively to 2006. You can’t do that. You can only claim it from your first application of it. Best can’t claim copyright any earlier that 2009. Just like my material – even though a lot of it is older, I only applied copyright protection when the Wiki went online. In 2007. I can’t claim copyright any earlier than that and I don’t intend to. Even if you could, herein lies something else wrong. There must be a current date. That is – 2006-2009 (even though I said he can’t claim it retrospectively).

Second (talking of incomplete claims) – Best has put his name without the “Junior”. That is another incomplete factor as is the fact that a disclaimer must be in full. As I have done on my legal page – including place of residence. And for a copyright claim on a common page (as distinct from a specified legal page such as on my website) there must be a (C) symbol. There isn’t one.

But it doesn’t matter anyway. The only reason I’m doing this is to provide freedom of speech for those who are modded out from Best’s blog. Best is denying the first amendment on his blog. So if he should claim copyright – I’ll counter claim constitutional violation. And because such a case would be heard in the US system, their constitution applies even though I’m not a US citizen.

So Best has failed to regain control of our war. He can’t see these copies now. And now that the links are coming from the blog, he can’t act against them.

Just in case someone else shows Best this posting – I make this statement. As a result of the legal threat, Best’s full name is now all over the index page on the section on him instead of his screen name. If he wants that editing effort reversed, he has to remove all four threads from his blog that have my full name in them. If he wants this section removed – there’s only one way to do it.

Permanently delete the Hating Autism blog and all other blogs on Blogger and cease all online activity.

I will never give this battle up as long as I’m breathing air.

This is a common answer from Mr Best. If anyone disagrees with him, that individual is crazy. Autism is a worldwide issue and Mr Best seeks to be xenophobic about it. It’s a candid demonstration of his true mindset that I am sure the Obama administration would reject. Relations between the President and our Prime Minister Kevin Rudd are extremely important and form an essential back drop to the Autism situation.

I could have been a lot ruder there, but on this site it’s needed to be diplomatic. Best can’t help himself and he’s digging himself a bigger grave.

I’m quite happy for the Obama admin to look me up. They’ll see my section on Best and realise that he’s an obsessed fruitcake who has made major errors based in neglect with his son and a history of bullying and slander – and not just against me either.

Thank you for naming me, Mr Best. You’ve done me a favour, and you’ve shot yourself in the foot and badly. Serves you right.

I’ve taken a break from the Autism Speaks Social Network leaving a note last night, but before I logged out I took a copy of a brilliant piece of work by Anne.

Best claimed that he’d helped the Black Panthers a long time ago to try and claim a history of supporting civil rights. This was on the thread about the letter the fool sent to Ari Ne’eman’s uni and it’s president, a man with a civil rights history and just happens to be African-American. A user called Jack wanted details, only for Best to demand his full details so he knows who he was talking to. That always leads to threats and slander to the poor person by Best as everyone who has been attacked on his blog knows only too well. And stalking (Best tried to join a couple of wrestling forums that I was active on including the now defunct All Aussie Wrestling).

Roy Wilkins, Executive Director of the NAACP, confirmed that the NAACP is aware of the young Mr. Best, and told the Tribune that Best is demanding that the NAACP sue him for slander. “Let’s just say that the boy’s driveway doesn’t quite reach the road,” Wilkins said. Edwin Willis, chairman of the House Committee on Un-American Activities, refused to comment on Best, citing an ongoing investigation. Sources close to the Best family say that Best’s parents are considering sending him to military school.

Best never helped the Black Panthers. More likely he opposed them. I’ll bet he supported the Vietnam War as well. He has no concept of civil rights – except his own within his own warped world.

I cured myself of Asperger’s using ALA chelation. It was easy with no ill effects. Then I cured my son the same way. My son caught Asperger’s from thimerosal in vaccines. I think mine was caused by amalgam fillings that contain mercury.

Me;
Foresam is lying. He is still Aspergers despite chelation. His son is not cured and his son is in fact LFA. He is in massive denial about the truth of Aspergers and is a threat to it’s understanding. It would be prudent if his comment was removed to preserve the truth. An excellent video and 100 percent accurate. I speak as a diagnosed Aspie.

The owner hasn’t signed in since before Best’s post. The video in question answers questions about Aspergers and as I said it’s 100 percent accurate. The account is run by a guy called Craig Kendall, who has a book called “The Aspergers Syndrome Survival Guide”.

For the second time this month, Best’s blog has gone onto private mode allowing certain readers only.

What’s he afraid of? Is he trying to stop me from what I’m doing here? Won’t work, idiot! The only way you’ll stop this is to delete your blog permanently. Just making it private means I can wait for it to return. It’s a key part of his propaganda campaign – and his hate campaign as well – so it can’t stay offline.
