The die is cast.

I have lodged a complaint against Google Inc with the local human rights commission – on the grounds of assisting and authorising discrimination by not upholding their content policy and deleting Best’s blog. I’ve said for a long time that it’s a hate blog against Autism and those with the condition because of his attacks on not just me (which is of course the heart of the complaint) but others as well.

Best can laugh this off if he wants. Google have made it clear that if they receive a legal order from any other country – provided that it is registered in California – they will comply with it. I have no issue with the registration and the price of it (whatever that may be) will be worth it to get John Best Junior’s hateful blog off the internet for good.

Of course, when it does go – so will the Hating Response blog (which is also hosted by Google of course) but everything will be retained here. I fully expect Best to restart elsewhere, and I will keep it up until he finally stops spouting his hateful and dangerous nonsense. He will have no choice.

It may make him try and press defamation charges against me – something that he’s been threatening to do for awhile. I’m ready for him. I have a truckload of evidence to prove that everything I have said about him is either true or a verifiable opinion based in truthful interpretation.

You should never have attacked me, Best. You did that to the wrong guy, and you are about to pay the price for it at last!

And the worst part about it, Kaiko, is that he is using UNVERIFIED medical methods – which is potentially harmful to the children! But of course he can’t see that because he’s so stubborn!

I have sent three emails in the last 48 hours. One to the Bar association in New Hampshire, one to the state police (for which I got a reply that indicated it was being referred to “Troop B”) and one to the local county police. I’m also waiting on a reply to my email to the CDC (can’t remember what that stands for off the top of my head) with an email address for the Food and Drug Administration. The FDA are the ones to report false advertising of medical treatments to according to the CDC, but the FDA doesn’t have an email address on their website.

The County Court said they didn’t have jurisdiction over the matter, and also stated that without a snail mail address they weren’t going to act. They suggested the Supreme Court Registry – and when I went there I was diverted to PILCH (Public Interest Law Clearing House) and they’ve said they can’t help. The person who I was told to speak to was supposed to ring me and she never did. I’m going to follow that up in the new year – but meanwhile I have sent a comment to the FDA after being directed to the page by the New Hampshire Bar Association. I haven’t heard from the cops yet – I’ll wait until the New Year before resending those emails.

Meanwhile, a certain wrestling enemy (not Ayling – one of the Wanker’s Paradise crew) has gone on the blog. I’m about to fire off a note about him to the other people on the blog.

And a double check in the admin control panel confirmed that he was hacking in because he claimed he was a member! Well the new password will take care of him!

Very frustrated after yesterday as I didn’t hear back from the E-Crime branch of SA police, and state borders restricted the Vic police from doing anything (but they did understand my angst at least). Worse still I didn’t hear back from the court local to Google’s HQ either – even after I resent it about seven hours ago. I can’t send it again until Thursday because of the Christmas break – unless I get a reply during the night leading into Thursday.

Well it got worse, Tex. The bastard added a signature to my AS petition – and he is really for it now!! I emailed the hosts to see if they can delete it.

Anyway – Google have said they’ll respond to a court order, so I don’t think the first amendment will come into it if I can establish a violation of their terms of service. If the court will back that up, they have to comply with the order and I think they know it as well.

Philip, parents like this in United States just won’t listen. I did an essay on this phenomena last year and it was very nasty. They just can not handle Autism and they get so desperate they’ll do anything to bring their child back as they see it.

It’s impossible to find real proof as to what works and what doesn’t and so on and so on. Not knowing is the real problem, and that doesn’t help.

I wonder if it would be worth starting over with the Bar Association in California and other legal avenues? Meh! I’ve got enough on my plate at the moment, but I suppose I could try something in the not too distant future if the need arises.

I was disappointed to read the reaction by ASAN Australia to being asked to leave the Australian Autistic Advocacy Association (A4), but I caught Best having a go at Zach Lassiter who was talking about the issue. Whilst I put my view in defence of A4 and criticised ASAN Australia for their conduct, here is what Best said;

A4 did the right thing. We can’t have the inmates running the asylum. People with brain damage need to be told to be quiet so those of us who do not have brain damage can do what is best for them.

The old “brain damage” (and therefore can’t think) argument again. It’s completely wrong, misrepresents the Autistic Spectrum and is totally reprehensible. Zach rightly told him to stop his “baseless attacks” on Autistic people, and provided a link to prove that vaccines did not cause Autism. He didn’t like being called “brain damaged” any more than I did or do (and I added on the comment area that Best was desperate for attention because people in power were ignoring him).

Best ignored the link as usual and uttered his standard line;

It was proven ten years ago that vaccines ARE the cause of autism. Pointing out facts is not an attack, Zack.

Being dx’d with a mental disorder is not something to celebrate or take pride in. It’s a reason for you to sue the people who caused your condition.

It was NOT proven, Best! At all! And the Autistic Spectrum (at it’s root) is NOT a mental disorder. It is a culture, and we have the right under United Nations Human Rights Charters to celebrate and take pride in it. Why sue for being yourself? That’s stupid – and is a reflection on Best’s character. He is anti cultural diversity as proven by his attitude towards the gay community, and his attitude that supports both communism (proof on his blog) and the Ayrian Race per the Nazi doctrine.

And when Zach called the Spectrum a “gift from God” – Best’s response was modded out. I wonder what it was?

It truly is amazing just how stupid John Best Junior can be. He is showing his complete lack of sense on Cube Demon’s blog – aside from his vitriol aimed at me which of course I have been responding to there. Here are some examples of his ridiculous behaviour;

Mental cases who earn degrees in their 40’s are never legigimate sources for anything.

Why? A degree is a degree no matter how old you are when you earn it!!

These people were much too stupid to complete their schooling at a normal age and are allowed to have a degree only because the schools want their money.

When I reported the FBI post to the FBI on the night of Sunday April 19, I had no idea they would be so gullible. Although I will say that I can’t confirm what I believe happened.

For a start – here is what I said in the Crime Tip section of the FBI website;

I draw your attention to the following entry on a blog that I have reported to you before. In it the blog owner encourages contacting you to force you to arrest Congress for poisoning babies with vaccines.

This man is a threat to himself, such is his delusional behaviour and continues the line I previously reported to you talking about a military coup. It is my view that he has been unhinged by the desperation he has trying to cure his son and won’t accept the condition as being there for life. I am making efforts to have the blog removed for other reasons, but in real life off the Internet I truly believe this man to be extremely dangerous and should be sent to a psychiatric hospital for an evaluation urgently.

The link was to the FBI post reproduced on the HARB.

I figured that would be the end of it, but I can only assume that Best got a visit from the FBI as a result of this tip. The fact that the post is still there at this point can only mean that Best convinced them that it was a joke. Not only that I suspect that he claimed that I was slandering him and he wanted my address for civil action.

And the FBI coughed it up.

Next thing I knew, Best had pasted it onto Cube Demon’s blog. I was quick to email him to alert him to the problem and meanwhile according to Cube Demon he repeated the process over a number of posts. He removed all of them and enacted comment moderation to stop him from doing it again. I enacted it on the Response Blog for a period, after removing one posting from there – and subsequently he threw on four more posts. Two of them were repeats on my address again, but the other two were clear if direct threats;

Phil, you (beep!)ing mental case, is there anyone you’d like me to give your address to?

This was blackmail without a doubt and I went back to the FBI site and went to the Internet Crime section to report it. I needed to say something to them because they had given my address to a lunatic who had no intention of using it honourably. Here is what I said to them;

I filled in a Crime Tip to the FBI in the evening of Sunday April 19 (my time – Australian Eastern Standard Time) reporting Mr Best for an entry on his website asking people to report Congress to you for poisoning babies into Autism and arrest them. I advised that Mr Best was dangerous and some action needed to be taken. However it appears that you may have passed on my personal details to Mr Best when investigating my tip off – and Mr Best has proceeded to try and publish my home address on at least two other websites. He also threatened to show it on other websites also, and I have retained the threat in a formatted form and I can also print it up for paper presentation. This represents a privacy breach and an attempt by Mr Best to silence me about him through blackmail. He should never have been given my address and the circumstances that he got my address needs to be looked into. It is possible that he may have claimed he needed it in order to take civil action against me. He has lied to you. He couldn’t sue me because he knows I can easily defend any defamation charges. He took the address to simply blackmail me. Please act as soon as you can.

I’m hoping at this point that Best is bluffing, figuring that Cube Demon wouldn’t co-operate and knowing that I wouldn’t. I also made a courtesy visit to my local cop shop to let them know what was happening just in case the FBI got in touch with them.

I clearly need a quick education in the difference between evidence and pleadings (along with the rest of the Supreme Court procedures) so I can take this idiot out. But where can I get it? That’s the problem.

Best has taken his banning from the Autism Speak Social Network badly. So badly he decided to set up an account at the Network in my name! Under the name “Phil Gluyas” he made the following statement – and if he was going to impersonate me you’d think he’d learn how to spell;

There was more nonsense from the other side with another person complaining about not getting a Big Mac and leaving “ND” as a result. Stupidity at it’s finest and won’t teach anyone anything about Autism or Neurodiversity. Then Autism Diva came on and asked “me” to call her (that caused a PM to her to tell her what was going on) and Best retorted;

At the time of creating this article, someone else claiming to know me had joined – and is in Victoria. Hopefully I’ll soon know. I’ve recorded the posts and I will be considering my options legally.

Last night (Friday) I spied a disgusting post about Ari Ne’eman, blatantly accusing him of not being Autistic and being a fraud. I had no hesitation in reporting the post – and apologised at the same time for making another report within 24 hours (as indicated in the last posting here I reported two posts of his).

I came home from the football today and checked my email – and was informed that there was a comment waiting for me on the Network by No to JB. I went in and it was a note that Best had been banned from the Network!!

Serves him right and I said so in a responding comment to No to JB. I am in no doubt that my reporting of the post about Ari is what caused his expulsion. So now that both Best and Droopy are gone, things may improve in there.

However – on a sour note, Autism is Reversible is starting to be a pain now by pushing Katie into wanting a cure just because she has external issues that have nothing whatsoever to do with Autism. I left a comment for the twit rather than post and left it at that. Oh and the twit also called Ari names, but at least the “fraud” word wasn’t there!

I should check in to the one forum Best is a member of that I never have been – Autistic Living – and see if there’s a whine there. But I don’t have time at present. I’ve made a comment to the effect of it on Cube Demon’s blog so there’s bound to be a reaction there when I next check in tommorrow night.

Best’s posts have dried up somewhat since I stopped posting. Interesting! But he is still about. It’s likely that he is taking the time to engage me on the Cube Demon blog. I should keep the attack up there to keep him distracted. Meanwhile;

Asking the authorities to stop bullying never works. If a kid can’t fight for himself and doesn’t have friends to help him, paid protection is the only thing that works. The bullies need to beaten senseless to get the message.

Best hasn’t done anything of the sort. Those who really know Amanda know that she is not a fraud. I know more about her than either Best or Droopy. And Dave and Kathy Seidel know more about Amanda than I do. Best is the fraud, when it comes to his BS.

No, Best, you are the one who doesn’t understand. You are the propaganda merchant because there is no cure.

As was evidenced here, ND did not recognize Droopy’s rights to expose the fraudulent nature of Neurodiversity. When they abused an autistic woman, they exposed themselves as liars.

No one has the right to lie. Droopy lied. She was the one promoting the fraud and when she refused to accept this and in doing so was abusive about it – it was dished right back. Again, as she deserved.

Every parent favors rights and non-discrimination for their children.

The fact of the matter is that children who can not speak, read, write, toilet themselves or do anything resembling normal behavior are severely disabled by anyone’s definition. For Neurodiversity to claim that anyone should celebrate this disability is insane. For them to take a position against curing it is equally insane.

This is Best’s whole problem. He seeks normal – when there’s no such thing. What we celebrate is the difference in the human mind. We do NOT celebrate the worst cases of LFA. We support helping them. But we want it done RIGHT. And seeking a cure is doing it WRONG. To support the wrong method of treatment is what’s insane, and that’s what Best does – supports the wrong treatment.

The fraudulent nature of Neurodiversity is not a “belief”, it is a “fact”. There are no philosophical ideals here. There is only devious propaganda and Amanda Baggs’ fraud has been a large and public part of that deception.

Best wants to believe this because it justifies his behaviour. The reality is that what he says is not fact. Brain difference is fact. Best is deceiving himself by going down this line – and in the process continuing to neglect his son.

I won’t quote him, but Best made an observation about Vitamin C. Vitamin deficiencies can be common in Autistics especially when there’s a sensory sensitivity issue in the sense of taste. This is something I can talk about personally because this is one of my issues. I never did get around to seeing if I wasn’t getting enough of certain vitamins. I know I’m okay with C though. I eat tropical fruit. I drink OJ and other juices (especially apple juice).

Best also suggested the mercury group to Fightin4Charlie. I hope she gets back to me because that is bad advice.

I watched Neurodiversity begin, watched them plot their attack and watched them plan how to use their propaganda. Nothing they say about the cause or cure for autism is true…NOTHING. They are an agenda driven group who is completely against helping any person on the autism spectrum in any way. You have to sort through their lies and half-truths to see this.

Best only says this because as far as he’s concerned, he has the answer and the only answer. And he doesn’t so naturally we fight him and he tries desperately to discredit us with this baseless drivel.

These reports of medical malpractice have nothing in common with safe chelation.

But how many doctors know what safe chelation is, Best? And more importantly – when to use it and when NOT to use it!

I think it’s pretty clear who the fools are. The ones who have fallen for Droopy’s BS. They don’t know a dangerous little minx who doesn’t know what the real truth about herself when they see one – such is the extent of her fantasy world. This proves that Katie Hagan (who joined in the protest using Droopy’s avatar) can not be trusted at all. I’m glad I ditched her and IP denied her from this website.
