After the directions hearing on November 30, and after Best deleted the “Phil Gluyas Goes to Court” later that week from his blog – Hating Autism has been silent.

As I upload this it has been over two weeks. That’s not the first time there has been such a break, but I would like to think this is because he finally got the message that his blog could well be in trouble. Legitimate trouble. So instead of blabbing, he decided to shut up there.

The next hearing won’t be until 2010 (I’m not going to publicise the actual date – except on the Phil’s World Forum) so it will be interesting if he lasts that long as says nothing on his blog.

It’s the same on the blog on my name. I kept a promise to give him a final warning once the cached version of the page he copied was deleted (I’m certain that’s where he got it) and there has been no reply.

Best though has not been completely silent. He is continuing to troll the comments area of the I am Autism video. I’ve been hitting the spam button on him (and I’m not the only one) and I’m hoping that soon I can find a way to get the video removed. But the spam out effort could well be another reason why Best has been silent on his blog. He’s trying to fight it.

I have to quote Best on some of his most recent rants on the I am Autism video comments area.

ASA has a long history of being gutless and not telling the truth. I’d be the one wanting a piece of them.

This was in reply to the observation that the Autism Society of America would not provide Best with any support if he showed up at one of their conventions – and a lot of people would want a piece of him. When it was suggested that he would be there this was his reply.

Nope, don’t want to wind up in jail.

You should be in jail right now for child neglect, Best! And he was accused of being scared;

If I was your age, minus the 40 years of wisdom that I own over you, I might think differently.

Wisdom?? I have more wisdom in my wisdom teeth than Best has in his whole bloody body!

You trolls do not have autism. People with autism smear feces, bite themselves and never learn to read or write.

I’m talking to the honest people who read these comments, not you liars.

Honest people know that Autism is not solely represented by those factors. As far as lying goes – hello pot, meet kettle!

When Best was accused of avoiding the Vietnam draft, this was his excuse;

They stopped the draft about 50 numbers before I would have been drafted.

I called him on that one – advising that Best was too young to be drafted. He was born in 1953 so he wouldn’t have been eligible for drafting until 1971. It was in 1972 that the pull out began (Australia left lock stock and barrel that year). I also mentioned the story printed on the Autism Speaks Social Network – which is reproduced on this forum here and military school as a part of that.

People need to know that mercury is the cause of autism.

This was directed at Andrew Ackner, who has been accused of waking up the Best household not that long ago. No report was made to the police, so the incident never occurred as far as I’m concerned. If Best won’t give any personal information, he doesn’t deserve any personal information from anyone else.

If you ask your mother to cure you, you might stop having those delusions about being Superman.

That’s an assumption. Politicians work for us. We can all give them orders.

The FBI are a bunch of faggots who won’t stop Pharma from poisoning children. If they had any balls, they’d arrest every CEO of Pharma and prosecute them.

Someone called Mr New Hampshire called Best on this one – wanting to know what the charge would be.

It’s illegal to poison children.

Mr NH then asked if he had evidence of that.

All I need is a jury so a corrupt judge can’t rig the outcome.

Idiot! A judge has the power to over rule a jury if an element of law isn’t upheld! Besides (as Mr NH pointed out) he still needed evidence.

Nobody who doesn’t have brain damage disagrees with me. The conspirators know they’re part of a conspiracy but they just don’t want to admit that. You, with your damaged brain, can’t decipher the truth.

This is hate speech. Autism is not brain damage – it is brain difference. Damage is different, and by Best’s definition the world is brain damaged.

It’s just a matter of the public seeing the truth. Then they will all agree vociferously.

Best wishes this was true. He may well display what he believes to be true. Then the scientific community will rip it to shreds – with evidence.

The FBI knows the truth too, They’re just too corrupt to do anything about it, as well as being a bunch of pussies.

They know the truth – and I wish they would arrest Best for child neglect.

If I have to sue Best, it is my intention to make sure that Best lays everything on the table – so I can collect every piece of counter evidence and lay the precedent in the system to back up the one that already does so. The decision of Judge Berger.

I’m a decorated ex-military officer with a masters degree.

He was asked where he got his masters degree – and Best went silent. In other words, he doesn’t have one. Nor is he a decorated officer. More likely he was given a dishonourable discharge.

I guess I should leave a note here about the other blog that Best created in my name. I expect it to go as a part of the action against Google which is the main reason why I haven’t said anything. But I should just mention his latest two original postings.

The first was on October 31, and he complained about my copying of his blog entries thus;

{ME} copied my entire blog, violating my copyright, because he was afraid to comment on my blog.

Two points here. First, Best has made no DMCA claim against my copying – and until he does that, it goes on. I’ve already stated in the note above as to why that’s the case. He also tries to put that over as a “criminal” act when the police have nothing to do with it! Civil action, idiot!

Second, I’m not afraid to comment on his blog. He’s afraid to allow my comments! That’s the reality and that’s why I set things up the way I have in the first place!

Best then reproduced the whole page of the HARB as it was a few days ago. As the blog is on borrowed time it doesn’t bother me. Otherwise it would.

The second entry was on November 3 and one aspect made me laugh. Best figures I live in Melbourne still! I haven’t lived in Melbourne since 2005, idiot! That just cracked me up!

But the other aspect disgusted me, and displays the very hate that is typical of Best – the reference to me supposedly drooling over a 14 year old girl. My true reaction would be a small responding wave before going on my way. The backing to this was a reference to the Pneumonic Plague presently an issue in the Ukraine, and an imputation that I had the same disease.

I’ll leave that there. The man does not deserve a voice on Blogger and I will see that he loses it.

Just quickly – I have grabbed the other option on Blogger with my name (Philip instead of Phil) and it will be opening soon.

I finally got around to checking in to the comments on the disgraceful “I am Autism” video from Autism Speaks because Best has been in there. And it’s just more of the same. One person – who has since closed his account – found my two videos about him, and Best hit the stupid button again by slandering me thus;

The reference to Kurai-Gaka for starters (and remember that caused a visit from the police) and the misleading swipe at Ayling and Joeker. Best doesn’t know the full detail of Ayling’s antics and all I need to do is produce the order that restrained him.

But Best has been completely owned by that person – who went by the screen name of Whoistosay1. Here are some terrific examples of his work;

You (the expert in the field of psychology that you are) told me that I have diminished mental capacities because I disagreed with your view on autism. Since you also said I carry guns and need to take meds, I wanted to clarify if that also related to our differing viewpoints on autism. You had no comment. In addition to an AS diagnosis, if I had the power, I would also note that you suffer from delusions of reference.

Along with delusions of granduer!

I didn’t say you have Asperger’s. I said your behavior is suggestive of it. Black and white thinking, grandiosity, feelings of superiority over others, being devoted to a single cause (as you are), not being sensitive to others, not being able to put yourself in another person’s shoes, lack of empathy, etc. It’s pretty easy to see and I’m sure others would concur with me.

I knew this ages ago!

We all have impairments in certain areas, even geniuses do. For you to say that suggests black and white thinking.

Nobody’s perfect, in other words.

He thinks that calling parents’ autistic children “pathetic morons” will have them lining up in droves to support his cause. If that’s not a deficit in theory of mind, I don’t know what is.

Everything we say to you on here is because we feel we have to defend ourselves from people like you who are actually “less capable” of empathy, compassion, humane discourse than we “Aspies” are. You are an oppressor of the worst kind.

That he is, and it’s why he hates it when control of a situation is taken from him. As I have done more than once.

Ari is autistic too, John. Hard to believe all those scholarly writers are telling the truth about Asperger’s being a form of autism, but they are. Tony Attwood isn’t being paid by Pharma. You have essentially admitted to lying because you can’t show me a quote, as I’ve asked you to repeatedly. You are using YOUR definition of autism to justify putting words in his mouth, not the definition that the entire rest of the world goes by. So you put words in his mouth, just admit it.

Best never backs up what he says with evidence. All he does is tell someone to Google quacks – and Simpsonwood.

That’s why I’m confident of success against him in court. He relies on his opinion – and nothing else. I can destroy his heroes easily through reams of online evidence and legal precedent (ranging from Michelle Cedillo in the Vaccine Court to Judge Berger’s Maryland ruling) and government information from around the world.

I’ve put a couple of comments myself and Best has further provided evidence of his behaviour in reply. I won’t bother with that at this point because it would take too long to go through.

I’ve just been going back to see how many posts Best has deleted from his blog to alter the coding on my website forum – and WOW! I’ve got him running for it!

The legal action that he now knows about has caused him to delete a huge amount of material! This includes almost all of the recent stuff about Amanda Baggs, Ari Ne’eman and most importantly the posts that mentioned my name! Such as the one in April threatening to call the AFL to stop me from umpiring! There are only four original posts that mention my name now, but four of the ones that have been deleted did get shifted over to the blog named after me.

Well, Best, TOO LATE!!

I’ve already got the evidence saved, and that April post has been printed as well.

For someone who was so confident in shrugging off the threat to his blog, he seems to be very keen suddenly to protect himself. I can also prove that he hides posts, as there’s an April posting about Andrew Moulden that I never saw before.

There is no doubt that the knowledge of the legal action did something that I know Best can’t handle. It took control of the situation away from him. So this is his way of trying to take it back again.

FAIL!

Time to publish an update on the situation with my case against Google to get Best’s blog off the Net.

The first part of the procedure by law here when a complaint is made to the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission (VEOHRC) is for the matter to first be conciliated by the Commission. However – by the cut off date of August 25, 2009 – Google failed to respond at all. On August 27 I received notification that the file had been closed for this reason and the belief that (as I indicated) they would not react unless there was a court order of some sort. Conciliation has always been a voluntary factor.

The next step by law is to have the VEOHRC refer the matter to the Victorian Civil and Administration Tribunal (VCAT) and their anti-discrimination list for a hearing. That has a 60 day time limit which I will be well within as the letter will be handed in to the office next Tuesday (the next time I’m in Melbourne on a weekday).

Meanwhile, I have also taken the time to make other enquiries associated with the matter. I have now confirmed that under common law – Google can’t fob off content to third parties that use their services (like Blogger) as they try to in their Terms of Service. I’ll probably need more detail than that but it’s a start, and I won’t need it for the VCAT hearing. Just the note about common law would do there.

There is also the issue of orders issued by VCAT. Because it’s a tribunal I don’t know if an order from there could be registered in the County of Santa Clara (where Google are). The Court there have been totally non co-operative with my enquiries about that, and I have just today filed a complaint with the Attorney General of California about Santa Clara’s behaviour. However – according to an enquiry I made this afternoon, it’s possible that the US doesn’t recognise any orders from Australia. That might explain that one but it’s not certain. The Californian AG will know for sure. On the other hand, once an order is issued it’s possible that Google might obey it anyway given that a tribunal with the ability to make decisions would have ruled that their content policy has been violated.

I’ll be interested to see if Google actually show up at the VCAT hearing – and if they don’t I’ll be noting their complete ignorance of the procedure thus far and seek a quick hearing immediately rather than an adjournment. I’ll go in armed with everything I have from Best’s blog that mentions me – but also other hate speech examples including those that he deleted (like the one calling for the euthanising of Autistic children), and the call for a military coup.

I’ve also been given another two angles to attack Google on. The first is privacy – re the use without my permission of my full name with the intent of Google’s search engines finding it. That goes through the Privacy Commission and I’ll follow that up soon. The second is including the issue in the efforts by the government to censor the Internet through those filters – which is a vexed issue of course. But what Best is doing is a great example of what needs to be taken down and this issue could well be worth bringing to the attention of the Minister for Communications, Senator Stephen Conroy.

That’s the state of play at the moment.

Inspiration comes from the dumbest places sometimes.

But the videos that Best put on You Tube – a two minute shot at Amanda Baggs and a seven minute garbage laden swipe at Ari Ne’eman inspired me to do two video responses. Of course I don’t have a webcam so I couldn’t put my own face on the video – so I had to create stuff to see. The audio was easy to write up in preparation, and it helped that I can do a fair American accent for the effort.

When will Best learn? Probably never!

The Autistic Bitch from Hell has had enough. She’d had a gut full – and I don’t blame her. She has banned Best from her blog after Best’s latest tirade against me and David Andrews. In amongst that I used a part of the DSM-IV to diagnose Best on the Spectrum, but David disagreed because he believed that Best fulfilled the criteria of other disorders. David has the qualifications and I’m not going to dispute his point of view – the bottom line after all is that Best is not a “regular guy” like he thinks he is.

Anyway – Best made the following comment;

Unlike you, I live life. I don’t stand on the sideline. Where you referee games, I played in them. If you had reffed hockey games, I guarantee someone would have shot a puck at your head. It probably would have happened in many games. Nitwits like you could never last in any real sport or in any aspect of real life.

All you’re capable of is sitting at your computer and writing gibberish. While people like me solve the mysteries of autism, you sit there like a lummox whining about your lousy life. If my kid’s like you when he’s 40 years old, I’ll be slapping him in the head and telling him to act like a man. That’s what your jackass of an old man should be doing to help you.

I missed the reference to the sidelines. That’s what gridiron umpires do. Australian football umpires are out in the middle with the players. I’ll also say that if he slapped his son on the back of the head for being like me, Sam will belt him right back – with interest. Remember that Best has taught his son to fight. Not only that – when Sam is 40, Best will be 80 something. But as far as “I live life” is concerned, my reply on the blog said it all;

And a sheltered one with little real experience in the world it is as well. Did you play for 19 seasons? Did you participate in any games where a championship was at stake (we call them premierships here).

You’re the one who isn’t lasting in real life. Your failure as a father is proof of that. You only call what I say gibberish to try and deflect the truth. Put us before a court of law – and by the end of it I’ll come out squeaky clean and you’ll come out a bigger liar than Baron Muchausen and a bigger traitor than Benedict Arnold.

And all I’ll need to provide is the truth.

Something you have no concept of such is your LACK of understanding of real life.

Best’s response was so rude it was removed by ABFH. But not before Bill/Mr Fix It collected it;

What championships did you PLAY in? I played in playoff games, won and lost. All you did was ref. A sissy game game like Aussie football and you were too chicken to try to play.

Your father is the one who’s a failure, Phil. He raised you to be a sissy and is too stupid now to lock you up for your own good and force a cure on you. My son is much better because I’m a decent father.

Your old man quit on you. I’m sure he’s embarassed by you, probably wouldn’t be seen talking to you in public. I’ll bet he’s ashamed that he raised a 40 year old psychopath who lusts after 16 year old girls.

If I ever wind up in court with you, Phil, you’ll be led away by the men in the white coats.

Mr Best, our football is far tougher than yours. We don’t wear padding or any other sort of protection. Umpires need to run and run a great deal in our game. Umpires in your game are lazy. Umpiring any sport is a very difficult pursuit. Do you have the courage to attempt it?

Gridiron is for sissies. Australian football is for men.

I posted a reply to Bill first, disagreeing that gridiron was a sissy game (that’s soccer). Gridiron is a game similar to rugby league – it’s for thugs without a brain. Bill suggested on the Phil’s World forum that Best has never seen a game of Australian footy and I agree. As far as my reply to Best was concerned it was deleted before I could record it.

I tried to play it. I couldn’t. I’m an Aspie and my hand to eye co-ordination wasn’t up to it. This is why Best couldn’t play it either. I don’t believe for one second he played gridiron. He couldn’t have played for championships anyway – except maybe at school. Remember – he was in the military for a long time. As far as my father is concerned, that was disgusting and wrong. My father is bloody proud of me and is aware of Best and thinks he’s an idiot. I could probably play gridiron if I wanted to – it’s a lot easier that real football. But I don’t play sport with thugs. My strength is in the mind, and that’s where it belongs – a strength that Best can only dream of.

I warned Best again about the 16 year old girl remark, and I asked ABFH to remove any future remarks of this nature. Her banning of Best made this unnecessary.

I think that what you are doing here is excellent.. Fabulous lesson in psychology as well! After one particular comment he left on my blog pertaining to my children-I refuse to engage him-or acknowledge him. He can attack me all that he wants, but not my kids-they are lovely and innocent. I will however, continue to fight against all the harmful misinformation that he spews. His facebook comment is actually a wonderful learning tool-not what he intended it for-which somehow makes it even better.

Our facebook group appears to be turning that post into a positive learning experience. It has inspired people to do some wonderful writing, and it has led to many positive discussions. Isn’t that great?

This is what I love about the genuine people in the Autistic Community. They know an idiot when they see one, and have their own ways to deal with the likes of Best. To actually be told that this blog is a “lesson in psychology” is fantastic to say the least! Thanks, Kathleen! I really appreciate the commendation!

Best simply does not know when to stop.

Even when he is forced to delete posts.

In the last few days, no less than five posts have disappeared from his blog. They have all been retained here of course and the comments remain on the Response blog. Three of them are related to Rima Laibow and that group that Best was kicked out of. The other two – one of them related to that bogus warning about foreign troops visiting the US while the other was the one about Andrew Moulden’s Facebook group.

The moral of this should be – never put those posts up to begin with about these people or these subjects, Best! But you just don’t get the message do you?

I should also grab this quote from someone called Marc on another Facebook group;

I may as well mention he has made death threats against autistic self-advocates and autistic rights activists for daring to demand equality and civil rights. Let’s just say some of us are a bit uneasy about attending conferences in New Hampshire as a result (not enough to skip them, of course).

There you go! All the more reason to have his Net presence snipped!
