I meant to do this entry before I headed for Adelaide but the preparation for Version 10 of Phil’s World delayed it.

On the HARB I took note of Best’s comments on the Voices for Vaccines page on Facebook. Here are my responses;

*I think we should put people in prison for fraud when they promote false claims about vaccines and fail to mention the fact that mercury is the cause of the neurological problems.

You are the fraud, Best. Mercury is not the cause of neurological problems to the level they are at today.

*The mercury in flu shots to pregnant women gives the fetus 200 times the alleged “safe” dose. Autism is cured by chelating mercury out of the brain which proves beyond any doubt that the mercury caused the brain damage. 
Nobody beats the government in one of their own courts. The govt is 100% corrupt.

This is a lie, based on the figures of pure mercury and not ethyl mercury. Autism can not be cured by chelation.

*People who argue in favor harming babies are child abusers.

Best argues in favour of harming babies by scaremongering over vaccine safety and over Autism.

*The mercury in the vaccines damages their brains. Whether vaccines prevent diseases or not is irrelevant. Would any sane person shoot mercury into someone? Can vaccines be made without any mercury simply by producing them in single dose vials?

Again, Best is intentionally mixing pure mercury up with ethyl mercury. Ethyl mercury is a safe adjuvant at the level it is in thiomersal. It’s removal is merely a reaction to panic in order to make sure vaccinations don’t drop.

*The reason they left mercury in the flu shot was to cause more autism by damaging the babies’ brains before they were born. That way, lying doctors could convince parents that autism was genetic and parents might believe them because they wouldn’t see normal babies regress like I did. That was a good plan, don’t you think?

Best never saw Sam regress. He made that up. There is no mercury in the flu shot, and there is only ethyl mercury in some flu shots. This is the case for those that need to be preserved.

*I don’t know who “they” is. It’s a secret. Nobody knows who ordered the “hit” on JFK either or who made the original 13th amendment disappear. I told you why they want to make more kids autistic. Do you need remedial reading? They hired David Kirby and Dan Olmsted to try to cover it up.

This is nuts. Whilst there may be some unanswered questions about JFK it’s not a clear cut conspiracy at all. At worst, someone committed the perfect crime and to protect public order it was covered up. The original 13th amendment can still be ratified if 25 more states agree bringing the numbers to the required 38.

*No, I didn’t say it was a secret society. I said it was a secret. Do you know the difference? Kirby and Olmsted have to be paid to lie. Nobody lies that without being paid, just like members of Congress. Don’t you think Rep Issa would ban thimerosal from vaccines if he wasn’t being bribed to help cover this up? Most people aren’t that evil that they poison babies for fun.

Idiot! Kirby and Olmsted gained their money from book sales for “telling the truth” (speaking for Best that is). Best thinks they are being paid now to change their minds, and actually they haven’t. They’ve just softened their rhetoric. There is no need to ban a product that has been wound back to the point of non existence.

*Yup, the best way to control the opposition is to lead it yourself. That’s why Kirby, Olmsted and others were sent to lead the “anti-vaccine wackos”. They had the power of the media to help them do it, same as Pharma.

You can have that same power if you want it, Best. You just don’t have the courage to do it!

*VfV, Didn’t they teach you this in your propaganda classes? That’s how it works, just like democrats and republicans bashing each other while bankers rob everyone. When you bash each other about vaccines and nobody mentions mercury, Pharma wins on both sides.

No one mentions mercury, dummy, because it’s NOT INVOLVED! And a point – bankers are doing business. There are issues and the Republicans won’t allow them to be resolved. The Democrats want to resolve it, but they can’t as long as those dopey Republicans insist on freedoms that are wrecking the US economy.

*Melody, You have to do lots of reading to acquire this knowledge. Then, all you have to do is think for yourself without allowing propaganda wizards to lead you astray.

Best is a propaganda wizard. And a bad one because we can all see through it!

*There was a group that called themselves Neurodiversity and they had a propaganda class listed in Wikipedia but I don’t think they’re around now. I think their leader was transferred to write propaganda about Syria. However, a group called ASAN does a pretty good job of teaching people how to write outrageous lies and Congress lets them help make everyone associated with autism look like fools by letting them testify at hearings. They might send you to Israel for training.

That’s anti-semitism at it’s finest right there. There is no such group called “Neurodiversity”. We are Autistic Activists. ND is not a poltical movement. It’s the reality of the brain.

*As long as you’re not opposed to anti-zionism, that sounds like a good idea. And, you understand that being anti-ASAN is not the same as being anti progress for actual autistic people who need to be cured.

Autistic people need to be helped, not cured because that is impossible. Best is anti-progress and again we all know it.

*Autistic people can’t speak, read or write. People with Asperger’s can do that but they aren’t autistic. We know that all autistic people and those with Asperger’s do want to be cured. None of the ones who have already been cured have ever asked to have mercury reinjected into their brains to make them disabled again. This proves that we have to leave those decisions up to guardians instead of allowing mentally disabled people to make foolish decisions for themselves.

Under the DSM-V we are all Autistic, Best. Aspies are Autistic. Autistic people CAN speak, read and write (what about Droopy, idiot?) and NO ONE has been cured. Fact. You need a guardian, Best, because you are mentally disabled and making foolish decisions for yourself AND your son!

*Dorit, Babies do not develop a blood brain barrier until they’re about a month old. This means that any mercury that goes into them passes through the brain and kills brain cells while it’s in there. This is not only hazardous to the baby but it’s hazardous to the rest of us as well. This loss in IQ points can make these people stupid enough to vote for democrats and republicans.

IIRC someone corrected Best on the blood brain barrier, and besides that ethyl mercury doesn’t do that damage. Pure mercury would, but like I said it’s a non issue. And incidentally, Best, the majority of Americans DON’T VOTE AT ALL!

The man is a fruitcake and I wish my contact would get on with it and start the process of getting the decision against Best recognised in the US so I can get my pound of flesh!

My own father thinks John Best Jr. is off of his rocker and I need to be extremely careful with this guy which I am doing. The man is not getting my name.

I challenged Best on his derogatory talk towards Alyric and this is what he said:

Alyric deleted all of those things that best said on her blog because she banned him from commenting and said he was scum and a man-made pollutant. She cannot stand the guy at all and you know what I cannot stand Best myself.

He will be punished eventually. Justice will strike him down.

No he doesn’t, Craig. Notice on Cube Demon’s blog that he is now claiming that only Autistics get sensory overloads and the reason why? Blithering idiot!!

The links to my old website are out of date now of course, but they are on this very blog under the entries “Best banned from the Social Network”, “How childish can you get?” and “Hit me with your “best” shot”. I never did follow up on the FBI enquiry because there was too much doubt over what actually happened. I needed concrete evidence. Cube Demon’s blog is long gone of course, Mr Fix-it’s comment about justice came to fruition on January 24 this year.

While checking the feeds on the blogs I have on them, I came across the latest entry on Best’s Autism Fraud blog. In it he publishes a letter that he sent to Russian President Vladimir Putin and provides a link where you can send Putin a letter yourself. Upon reading what Best had said in the letter, I wasted no time sending a counter to that trash as follows;

Dear President Putin,

It has been brought to my attention that you have recently received a message from Mr John Best of the United States regarding your help with an issue that he claims exists with vaccines in the United States given that he believes his own government to be corrupt and so forth. I can assure you that all of his claims are false. Thimerosal has been removed from vaccines in the US as they have been in Russia, with the single exception of Influenza vaccines – and even then there is a thimerosal free version available. I can also assure you that his claims that his son was born “normal” is not true and in fact he neglected his son for some time by refusing to treat him for a heavy metal issue in his son’s intestines. This is the real reason he has been battling with some success with chelation.

Vaccines are not the weapon of mass destruction that Mr Best claims. He is recognised as a mad man by many in his own community, and I myself have sued him successfully for defamation as this is what he does to people who dare to dispute his views. I am certain that you and your government in Moscow support vaccines as they stand, and I therefore ask that you either inform Mr Best that he is not telling the truth, or throw his email communication into the bin. Please advise of your preferred course of action by return email, and either way you will be doing the true understanding of the origins of Autism a big favour.

I am of course hopeful that Best’s email will be ignored, and to be honest I doubt I’ll get a reply advising of what action has been taken. But it does my heart good knowing that I have acted to shut this idiot off and make sure that even more people are aware of his lunacy, his lies and so on. That is after all why these two response blogs are here.

I’ll be interested to see what Anthony Lupson has to say about this as he seems to be replying to every entry from Autism Fraud, although the last one seemed to be a response to two entries at once. I guess.

After the January 24 decision in the Supreme Court of Victoria, I figured I should refer back to my first public rant about Best off of his Hating Autism blog. Not the December 23, 2006 commentary on my old Telstra Big Blog that I reprinted on the front page of Best’s Autistic Enemy section, but rather a rant I put on the old Forumer forum on December 14 – 11 days earlier. I posted this just before I moved to Wiki-Site shifting from Version 6 to Version 7 of Phil’s World. Here is what I said;

I’m willing to bet the title of this news update will attract my wrestling enemies – but be disappointed you lot! This one’s got nothing to do with wrestling!

This is about an oxygen thief by the name of John Best Junior. He’s a father of a full blown Autistic boy – I believe his name is Sam. He lives in New Hampshire in the US, and has a blog called “Hating Autism”. In it he makes the appalling claim that Autism is caused by mercury poisoning. I came across it thanks to someone on the Aspies for Freedom forum.

In hindsight, I probably shouldn’t have bothered – but this guy needs shutting up! He is actually convinced he is curing his son of Autism by treating him for mercury poisoning! It’s been an established fact that Autism – and the other ASD’s including Aspergers – are genetic in origin! Now if he was to claim that mercury poisoning made Autism worse, then he just might have something. But no – he’s claiming a cure.

Anyway, to cut a long story short – after being bullied into linking my website as an identification, my full name was published on the blog. And guess who it attracted! Yep – AYLING! Or someone acting on his behalf. Either way he breached his intervention order and the local cop shop got a visit quick smart!

That pushed the on button to an emergency alert, because that wouldn’t have happened if my name hadn’t been put there. I told Best – with some attempted back up from Andy (thanks for trying mate!) – to remove my name, and he refused. Sitting alongside me at my computer table right now are a couple of forms I downloaded from the website of the County Court of Victoria, and I’m going to the registry today. Hopefully I’ve done this right – with a little help again from Andy on Tuesday. I’m two for four in court actions now (2 wins with Gladman and Ayling with the two losses with Australia Post and the Defence Department – I seem to have better luck with individuals than with companies) and this will make it three from five.

Of course, Best can avoid this whole thing going to court – and I told him that – by just taking my name out of there. But the man is such a moron he just won’t listen to reason. I feel sorry for his son. When Sam gets to puberty, Best will find out the hard way that what he’s done has in fact hindered his son’s upbringing. And he’s not the only one. There’s a woman who’s name I don’t know who has a son named Jon. And I certainly didn’t appreciate the side swipe she gave my own folks and their experience with me! I called her a failure as a mother (probably harsh but sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind) and I stand by it. I can’t stand lazy thinking. It’s what holds back true understanding of ASD’s. Especially as it can not be cured.

I wouldn’t be surprised if these idiots have been getting in the ear of the former Disability Services Minister – hence her excuses to stop me from getting the financial help I need!

I have been active in doing as much countering as I can. The blog host – Blogger – is aware of what’s going on, but their terms of service prevent them from acting. That’s why I’m going after the court order because they have indicated they would co-operate with one. Blogger by the way are owned by Google. I have also been in touch with the US Health and Human Services Department – although being an Aussie will hinder any effort there. It also doesn’t help that I got the news this morning that the Combating Autism Act has made it into US Law. Not surprisingly Aspies for Freedom is going ballistic over it.

That brings me to another favourite phrase of Best’s – neuro diversity. He thinks that’s a bad thing. One might as well say racial diversity is a bad thing for crying out loud! How intolerant can you get? This fool wants normal defined – starting with his son. Great way to bring up a kid that is. This is the sort of thing that would just gladden the hearts of Al Queda members world wide, because it justifies their angst (not their actions of course).

John Best Junior is what the world hates about America. Arrogant, self centred, blind, deaf – and dangerous.

It’s about time the US got rid of it’s constitutional first amendment – such is the abuse it’s been the subject of!

The woman who’s son’s name was Jon is of course Susan Lord AKA Jonsmum. The County Court thing came to nothing of course as I had to take it to the Supreme Court as Blogspot/Google (who I was going to target with an order) were overseas – and at the time I baulked purely because I didn’t know as much then about defamation. This was in spite of the action against Tenana already in train – in the County Court.

So that’s where the ranting really began. I had already started fighting with Best of course – and I should point out that the bully who forced my name out was Lord, not Best. Lord will never be forgiven for that and she’s been quiet for a long time thankfully.

Today Julia Gillard named {ME} to be Australia’s first court jester. Gillard wanted something to distract from her lousy leadership and had heard of crazy Phil’s antics from some wrestling fans. So, she is going to put Phil on display at government functions. {ME} will be dressed in a dunce cap and a pixie outfit while being led about with a rope attached to a dog collar around his neck. Whenever anyone criticizes Gillard, Phil will be encouraged to threaten lawsuits for defamation and just be his usual obnoxious and tremendously stupid self to entertain the gatherings. Many of these government meetings are quite boring to sit through and Gillard felt that entertainment from a bizarre knucklehead would bring some comic relief and keep people from falling asleep.

This is just plain nuts! It’s patently obvious that Best is not taking me seriously at all. He’ll be shut up on that subject WHEN I win the lawsuit against him!

I will say this though – if the PM’s paying someone to be court jester it’ll be good dollars! I just wouldn’t need the dog collar or the threats. I could just draw on Stone Cold Steve Austin or The Rock with the insults of critics! It’d work better than Best’s suggestion!

Get a load of this twaddle from Thursday – which was posted on the blog in my name! Yes, Best brought it back and that’s a mistake in itself.

Crazy {ME} thinks he is going to win a lawsuit against me so he’s goes to great extremes to stalk me and harass me on Facebook. I guess this moron thinks that’s a good way to provoke a court to see his bizarre behavior in a favorable light.

On one of my Facebook pages, Crazy Phil went to the trouble of secretly messaging everyone in the group to smear my character with vicious lies about me. A few people sent me copies of his deranged messages. Now Phil has decided to run sneak attacks on all of my Facebook pages. This severely deranged person blocked me so I can’t see what he’s doing but he sneaks onto my pages long enough to leave dishonest comments smearing my character. If I try to report him, I can’t do it because you can’t report anyone on Facebook for harassment if you can’t see their page. Good trick, Phil. Worthy of a deranged third grader, congratulations!

Phil also violates Facebook’s policy by creating multiple accounts so he can file multiple frivolous reports, another trick that I can only assume is used by nutty 8 year olds. Crazy Phil is now in his 40’s. Facebook will be made aware of your stalking Phil. I still can’t be bothered filing a lawsuit against Phil since courts will always throw out suits against mental cases who can’t be held accountable for their bizarre behavior.

1. Stalk him on Facebook? Hey he’s the one creating these stupid pages! If he doesn’t want attention from anyone he shouldn’t create them! I posted a couple of comments but that could hardly be described as harassment! He blocked me from commenting and that was that.
2. I don’t need to show the court my conduct. I only have to show Best’s as it relates to me, and that’s easy to show in an unfavourable light.
3. I did message six people who were members of his Presidential group. Maybe that was a mistake. But the group has more than 700 members so how could I possibly message all of them?? This is what I said to them by the way;

Hello there, I’m sorry to inform you that John Best is completely insane. His hero is Adolf Hitler and his favourite book by his own admission is Mein Kampf – the Nazi Bible. He has called on the Autistic Community to be euthanised, he has called on the Taliban to attack the Pentagon as well as Al Queda and has issued numerous death threats and threats of other violence against individuals. You can’t possibly vote for this person in 2016. He is two sandwiches short of a picnic and totally at odds with reality on a number of levels. Best to get away from this group and support someone else because if this man gets to be President, the USA will completely die economically and sink into total anarchy.

There is no smear when I’m telling the truth!

5. There is a way to submit reports. Indeed, I submitted one about the link to Hating Autism when the comparison of me to Adam Lanza was made.
6. I do NOT have multiple accounts! I have two – and one of them is for the wrestling and the wrestling only! It was through that account that I confirmed the link on his page but I have NEVER used it outside of wrestling. I think he thinks that everyone who is attacking his pages with comments are ALL me!
7. Finally – again with the excuses to not sue me. He knows deep down I’ve got him and he is afraid of me. The defamation action is drawing to it’s climax and when that’s done, Best will be toast! And no amount of belief that he is insane will change that, contrary to his view!

His Facebook activity is coming back to haunt him big time – and the bringing back of the blog in my name has screwed the final nail in the coffin. It has allowed me to get everyone on Facebook to see the page and write an Affidavit to that effect so I have a plethora of evidence of publication!

What an idiot!

I’ll update the Facebook situation first.

The owner and founder of the page that is reacting to Best is preparing to file a lawsuit against him. She already has a number of Affidavits and she also knows about my action against him. I do know her real name, but I’m not displaying it here – for now anyway. That page has over 200 likes now and climbing, while as of the moment I type this one of Best’s pages has 30 likes and the other has just 19 likes.

Best meanwhile has also linked the filthy entry about me to both his personal page (I saw that through my wrestling account which Best has not blocked) and on one of the group pages as well. I have reported the entry, but I doubt it will do any good. Facebook is at present believing that what Best is saying is a version of the truth that needs to get out purely because of the First Amendment. I think that’s why the admin of the counter page is suing – and I’m certain that should I get the decision in my action quickly it would create a very good precedent.

But onto the core of this entry and Best apparently made the claim on one of his pages that presenting Sam as evidence of the truth of his views would be the winning move. I never saw it myself, but the admin of the reply page quoted it thus;

When I brought my son to testify for comparison to show the true limit of brain function in an autistic person, a court would probably see that Asperger’s is much different than autism and Ne’eman would be locked up for misrepresenting what autism really is.

I beg to differ and here is what I would be saying to counter that.

Your Honour, I can assure you that what you have seen there is simply a version of Autism. Mr Best doesn’t understand that Autism presents in several different forms and his son here is just one. Further, what you have seen here is a growing Autistic who has been neglected. Given that Mr Best has known that his son is Autistic for more than ten years, you would have thought his son’s functioning levels would be better than what they are. They aren’t. That’s clear for all to see. What’s not clear is how Mr Best has actually got as far as he has without the proper assistance and/or treatment. Now he claims that these improvements are solely from the use of chelation. That claim does not tell the whole story, and I will now tell that whole story that Mr Best has neglected to give. I want to point out that this story is derived from Mr Best’s own words on his Hating Autism blog in late December 2006.

Mr Best made no secret of the fact that his son’s bowel movements were only producing little hard balls. To pass such items on the toilet would cause intense pain. Autistics have sensory sensitivity so for his son this would have caused an overload. But it’s not only that. Mr Best admitted that this had been going on for years – at least four years but possibly as long as seven years, from the age of 1 to the age of 8 when Mr Best commenced the chelation treatment. He directly linked chelation with the improvement in the bowel movement along with a couple of other factors. Now, chelation is a treatment for heavy metal poisoning – of which mercury is simply one of several. Lead for instance. Now I put it to the court with a fair amount of confidence that Mr Best’s son’s intestines were heavy metal poisoned. Alpha Lipioc Acid – the treatment used by Mr Best – is taken orally. It would naturally pass through the intestines in that case. It is therefore logical that if there was any heavy metal poisoning in the intestines, the ALA would have cleared it.

The point should be made also that such an issue in the intestines would be a form of blockage. Now that is also painful, and I can speak about the level of pain personally as I have experienced it myself at the age of 19. So we have an additional sensory overload that the chelation would have eliminated. Mr Best claims that chelation cleared the mercury in his son’s brain. He is wrong. The heavy metal issue was in the intestines. What needed to be cleared was the sensory overload, and that’s what really happened. For between four and seven years, Mr Best refused to concentrate on clearing the intestines. He instead insisted that curing Autism would resolve the problem and that is why he never got any help. In my opinion, that amounts to child neglect.

The bottom line is that Mr Best’s son will never be cured via chelation. Chelation used without any excess metals can do harm to other vital organs. In fact, Mr Best provided another logical connection by admitting to using a treatment for his son’s liver – ostensibly to stop episodes of self biting. It was a product called Brain Guard, produced and promoted by an Andrew Moulden. I remember reading that it repaired the liver, and that organ in particular is harmed with the excess use of Lupron – another chelator used for the clearing of heavy metal poisoning, but also used to chemically castrate male sex offenders. Again, Mr Best experienced some success with this product – and logically I put it to the court that it helped because it repaired the damage Mr Best had done to his son’s liver by using chelation when there were no excess heavy metal issues. He’s got all the dots, but he is failing to connect them properly. He is so desperate to have a “normal” child that he is blind to what is really going on. And willfully blind as well and stubborn to the point that I am certain that he himself is on the Autistic Spectrum. He needs to be properly examined for this, and also I strongly recommend that his son’s liver be checked, as well as his sperm count given that he would now be past puberty.

Under the DSM-V, Mr Ne’eman will be classified as Autistic. The entire Spectrum will be Autism. Mr Ne’eman and indeed myself are the potential end product of children on the Spectrum who have been correctly assisted out of a sensory overload event. Mr Best’s son is a great example of what happens when you don’t apply the correct assistance. Mr Best should be punished for this, not lauded as he seems to think that he should be.

Naturally I would present as a part of this the entry’s from Best’s blog on December 23 and 26 in 2006, which are already quoted on the Autistic Enemy section on Best on my website. The same would apply to the entries regarding Andrew Moulden.

Reality check. Best would lose in court no matter how much he relied on Sam just being there for public display. I’m sure there are people with the appropriate qualifications who would back up my assertions, along with the general debunking of the mercury poisoning nonsense. Ari himself would be grateful for the support. He knows the truth as much as I do – even if we go about promoting it in different ways.

It certainly looks like the Sandy Hook shootings have put Best back onto full boil. After initially blasting his own blogs with useless rhetorical ranting, and then attacking me of course with more defamatory nonsense that he will pay for – he turned his attention to Facebook.

On December 21 Australian time, Best started a page called “Cure Asperger’s, Save Children from Psycho Killers”. By the time I found out about it the page was given a workout by objectors and many of them (myself included) reported the page. In spite of getting an email rejecting my report, the page was taken down thankfully.

But on the morning of December 22, the page was re-created. Best then changed the name of it after banning me from commenting to “Cure Asperger’s, Prevent Fraud by Ari Ne’eman”. He also made the following comment;

Facebook violates the first amendment when they stifle freedom of speech by allowing liars to gang up on people who expose their deceptions. Facebook should question bogus complaints from liars before they violate the first amendment.

Best is the liar and all the complaints were far from bogus. With this in mind, I emailed Facebook at an email address that was pasted on the wall at my local police station some time back in response to a number of people coming to them about threats and bullying on Facebook. In this email I reported Best (grabbing his home page from my alternate Facebook account exclusively for wrestling) and IDed him as the person behind this “Cure Asperger’s” page. I told them that Best was engaging in hate speech against the Autistic Spectrum and the re-creation of a previously banned page should lead to not just the page being deleted but also his account for ignoring the Terms of Service.

Meanwhile, a page called “Ban Cure Asperger’s, Save Children from Psycho Killers” had been created and I was quick to like it and participate.

Best is clearly heading for an asylum now. His behaviour is getting out of hand. His deluded belief in a cure is pushing him towards the emotional cliff. He’s not going to get his way, especially when (hopefully) a court decision specifically states that he is wrong – not just about me but about the Spectrum itself. Such a precedent will be impossible for him to counter without appealing against it, and without a counter a permanent record of his lying will follow him to his grave in the most appropriate place – the Halls of Justice. Registered in the United States as well.

On Best’s Autism Fraud blog there have been two entries since the beginning of April that attack yet another politician. This time it’s the new Attorney General of New Hampshire, Michael Delaney. Michael took the job when his predecessor, Kelly Ayotte, gained a place in the Senate in Washington DC last November in the mid term elections.

In his usual way, Best told Delaney to do something about the head of the NH HHS department Jose Montero, who was “poisoning babies”. He was told by a staffer Anne Edwards that there was nothing they could do and forwarded the initial message to Dr Montero. That outraged Best who followed up with another letter attacking the AG.

I don’t agree with this tactic by the AG’s office, because Dr Montero is a public employee – so in fact they can do something if he breaks the law. Of course we all know he hasn’t. The idea may be to chase Best off, and if so I could have told them that wouldn’t work.

This is the act of a deluded twit – and subject to administration of my defamation case against Best this could come in handy. If I can get evidence that Best is attacking the Spectrum admitted into the action, it will definitely be added along with a lot of other things – and it will further guarantee the deletion of Hating Autism and indeed this Autism Fraud blog.

Hating Autism and the public blog on me have both been hidden from public view but not deleted. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but it has now been offline for the longest it has ever been. Despite Marc Rosen’s opinion to the contrary (as expressed on the Phil’s World forum), I firmly believe that this action has been taken to try and short circuit my legal action against him. The well established liar who calls himself The Informer has returned to action and claimed that Best did it purely because of his presidential campaign. I don’t buy that because the issue that Best has with the handling of Autism is a key plank of his effort to be elected President. I won’t go on about that yet again.

The reality is that I already have enough evidence printed up to bury Best and have him found guilty of defamation. I printed up every entry of the public blog on me, as well as the December 2010 entry on Hating Autism. I already had the other entries from Hating Autism on my hard drive and they are ready to be printed as well.

I am hoping that the blogs will be back before the court action reaches the critical stage. I’m hoping that’s one step after the next hearing (the date of which I am keeping under my hat on here), and I will be surprised if Best’s determination to smear me and tarnish the Autistic Spectrum with lies will keep the blogs offline for that long. Unless he uses his Presidential blog for it (which is possible). I will add that blog to my feed and we’ll see what happens.

On a side note, I mashed up his poll that is linked on that blog. It’s easy to do. Just vote and then clear your cookies. He had 24 votes and I bulked up the other two (generic Republican and Democrat candidates) to go way past him.
